Shipping / Return and Exchange Policies

1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange
You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • The request is submitted within 3 days of delivery.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

Returns/Exchanges will NOT be accepted if:

  • The item has been used, washed, worn, or altered.

  • The request is made after 3 days of delivery.

  • The item was purchased on sale, clearance, or part of a special promotion.

  • The product is customized or made-to-order.

  • The reason is “change of mind.” Please review your order carefully before placing it.


2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Reach out via WhatsApp or Email with your order number and clear pictures of the product.

  2. Verification: Our team will review your request within 3–4 business days.

  3. Return Process: If approved, return the item through courier.

    • Customer bears the shipping cost unless the mistake is from our side.

  4. Exchange/Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send your replacement or issue a refund.


3. Important Notes

  • Size Exchanges: Allowed only if the required size is in stock (customer covers shipping).

  • Damaged/Wrong Items: Refunds are processed within 4–5 business days after approval.

  • COD Orders: Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are issued via bank transfer only.


4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the mistake is from our side.

  • Approved refunds will be sent via bank transfer within 4–7 business days.
