A: We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

A: After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or WhatsApp.

A: Yes. Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting customer support.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Delivery takes 2–4 business days for major cities and 5–7 days for remote areas.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Not yet. We currently ship within Pakistan only. International shipping will be available soon.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

Q: Can I return a product if it doesn’t fit?
A: Yes, you may request a size exchange within 7 days. Refunds are not offered for wrong-size orders.

Q: How do I return a damaged item?
A: Contact customer support with clear pictures of the item. Our team will verify the issue and guide you through the return or exchange process. Please review our full Return & Exchange Policy.

Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Q: What should I do if I received a different product than what I ordered?
A: We apologize for the inconvenience. Please follow these steps:

  1. Take clear pictures of the product received.

  2. Contact customer support via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours.

  3. Provide your order number and attach the pictures.

  4. After verification, we will arrange a free exchange or replacement.

Important Notes:

  • The incorrect item must be unused and in original packaging.

  • The correct product will be shipped at no additional cost.

  • If the correct item is out of stock, a refund will be offered.
