3. Order & Payment Policy

  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment (except for Cash on Delivery – COD orders).

  • The brand reserves the right to reject or cancel orders due to stock unavailability, system errors, or suspicious activity.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard delivery time is 2–4 business days for major cities and 5–6 business days for remote or rural areas.

  • Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen events are beyond the brand’s control.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the brand is at fault (for example, if the wrong product is delivered).

5. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Sale items, discounted items, and customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
