- Any typographical pricing errors will be corrected, and orders may be canceled or adjusted accordingly.
3. Order & Payment Policy
- Orders are confirmed only after full payment (except for Cash on Delivery - COD orders).
- In case of a failed payment, the order will be automatically canceled.
- The brand reserves the right to reject orders due to stock unavailability or technical errors.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are delivered within 2-4 business days for major cities and 5-6 days for remote areas.
- Delivery delays due to weather, strikes, or courier issues are not the brand’s responsibility.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the brand is at fault (e.g., wrong item sent).
5. Return & Exchange Policy
- The product must be in original condition (unused, with tags and packaging).
- Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving the item.
- Sale items and customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content on the website (logo, images, descriptions) is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
- Customers cannot use or sell brand images or designs without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
- The brand is not responsible for website downtimes, order delays, or loss of data due to hacking.
- Customers use the website at their own risk, and the brand is not liable for indirect damages.
8. Governing Law
- All legal matters are subject to Pakistani law and will be settled in local courts.
