Shipping / Return and Exchange Policies

1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

You can request a return or exchange if: 

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • The request is made within 3 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

Returns/Exchanges are NOT accepted if:

  • The item has been used, washed, or altered.
  • The request is made after 3 days of delivery.
  • The item was purchased on sale or clearance.
  • The product is customized or part of a special promotion.
  • We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please review your order carefully before purchase.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

1️⃣ Contact Us: Email or WhatsApp us with your order number and clear pictures of the item.

2️⃣ Verification: Our team will review your request within 3-4 business days.
3️⃣ Return Process: If approved, return the item via courier (customer bears shipping cost unless it’s our mistake).
4️⃣ Exchange/Refund: Once received and inspected, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.


3. Important Notes

  • Size Exchanges: Allowed if the requested size is available (customer covers shipping cost).
  • Refunds for Wrong/Damaged Items: Processed within 4-5 business days after approval.
  • COD Orders: Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders will be issued via bank transfer.
