A: Yes, you can request an exchange for size issues within 7 days. Refunds are not available for wrong-size orders.

A: Contact our support team with pictures of the product, and we will arrange a return or exchange. See our Return and Exchange policies before any action.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
A: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
Q: What should I do if I received a different product than what I ordered?
A: We sincerely apologize for the mistake! If you received the wrong item, please follow these steps:
- Take clear pictures of the product you received.
- Contact our customer support via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Provide your order number and attach the pictures.
- Our team will verify the issue and arrange a free exchange or replacement.
Note:
- The incorrect item must be unused and in original packaging.
- The correct product will be shipped to you at no extra cost.
- If the ordered item is out of stock, we will offer a refund.
